Rostan Recruitment was founded in 2015 by Helen, who has extensive experience working in recruitment including agency, in-house and consultancy based roles. With her background of successfully delivering campaigns across multiple sectors, disciplines and geographical locations she set up Rostan with the goal of partnering closely with clients to deliver the best solution each time.

Sholto joined the business in 2018 to focus on Finance Recruitment from a graduate / entry level through to qualification, an area that he has specialised in over his career in recruitment. The values that he and Helen share on how to provide a great service and deliver results has enabled the business continue to grow in 2019.

Helen and Sholto (Directors) have over 25 years of recruitment experience between them and have successfully worked with a wide range of clients from Start-Up and High Growth phase through to Global Market Leaders.
